Hallo zusammen,

hier ist die offizielle Einladung zu unserem Koordinationstreffen am 28. April um 16:30 Uhr. Bei schönem Wetter treffen wir uns im Schlosspark ( der Park hinter dem Schloss (Unigebäude 11) und neben der Mensa) und bei nicht so schönem Wetter in der Bibliothek Alte Münze in einem Gruppenarbeitsraum (10/E41). Wir werden euch am Donnerstag nochmals Bescheid geben, wo wir uns dann treffen.

Das Ziel bei diesem Treffen ist, dass wir uns ein bisschen kennenlernen und austauschen; dass wir euch das Programm genauer vorstellen, über eure Projektideen reden und alle eventuellen Fragen besprechen.

Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf euch!

Hi everyone,

this is the official invitation for our get-together on Thursday, 28th of April, at 4:30 pm (16:30). If the weather is nice we will meet at Schlosspark (the park next to the Mensa and behind the Schloss building) and if the weather is not so great we will meet in the library Alte Münze in one of the group rooms (10/E41). We will communicate on Thursday which of the options it will be 😉

In this get-together meeting we want to get to know you better and discuss some organizational things and answer all your remaining questions. In particular, you guys should think about what kind of projects you might want to do, so that we can talk about this during our meeting.
